I am a certified public accountant and executive Fellow over twenty years’ experience in accounting and finance as a senior accountant, executive director, chief financial officer and chief executive officer. I began my career for a growth company involved in multiple new startups and acquisitions as the youngest leader in the company’s history. Since then, I have gained specialized training and experience with major construction projects, major project management and management services contracting. Charged with this experience, in every leadership role my goal is to immediately impact the cash flow statement, profit and loss statement and the balance sheet through effective management of the company’s finances and providing excellent advice to leadership. I have experience driving financial and budget results, managing growth and innovation and maneuvering the business environment to take advantage of opportunities and mitigate threats and weaknesses for non-profit and for profit organizations. I have managed equity and real estate investment portfolios achieving sustained gains as high as 32%. I have experience with producing realistic, growth-oriented budgets, fundraising and grants management. I have expert skill building board and C-suite relationships, stakeholder and shareholder expectations management, maximizing returns on investments and optimizing efficient operations to produce strong EBITDA results.
Hillary Fuselier graduated with a degree in Accounting Management and has six years' experience in the food and beverage, restaurant and hospitality industry. She is also well versed in the fashion and apparel industry. Hillary has experience with Quickbooks, individual tax planning, personal financial planning and accounting for a variety of business entities.
Ana Clara Ribeiro is an attorney registered with the State Bar of Tocantins, Brazil, since 2013. She is skilled in Business Law, Contracts, and Copyrights for artists and creative professionals.
Ana holds a certification in Content Marketing and has experience with creating and developing digital marketing strategies for companies in the State of Tocantins, Brazil, and start-ups in Brazil and the USA. Her work revolves around social media management, music branding, and content planning and creation. She is experienced in creating content about Law, Finances, Entrepreneurship, Music, Entertainment, and Inbound Marketing.
She also writes for music blogs such as CD Baby Brasil’s Somos Música, KultScene (specialized in Korean culture and entertainment,) and is the curator for Music to Dali & Jay-Z Lovers, a playlist run by American startup Musicto.
Ana is also a songwriter with experience in creating jingles, toplining for pop, rock, reggae, R&B, sertanejo and MPB (“Brazilian Popular Music”) tracks, and writing lyrics in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Allison Bishop is an Atlanta based CPA. She has a range of experience in the accounting field at various levels, including general ledger work, bookkeeping, chart of accounts setup, financial and cash analysis/ projection, and accounts receivable and accounts payable audits. She is an active treasurer and board member of a nonprofit arts organization and has a track record of volunteerism with arts in the community.
Jeremy is a student of Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Louisiana State University. Combining his experience as a Creative Director with his business studies, Jeremy creates conceptual designs for building brand identity and strategy development. In his free time, he enjoys anything that requires creativity.
